Should I Start TRT or No?

We need lab ranges with lab results. - not always the same
TT
FT
SHBG
TSH
fT4

When T levels are low you need to test these to find out something about why:
LH
FSH
prolactin
AST/ALT

If LH/FSH are high, the testes are the problem.
If LH/FSH are low, the pituitary is the problem.

TSH should be closer to 1.0
fT3 and fT4 should be near mid-range or a bit higher
fT3 is the active hormone and not tested/
Please see last paragraph to eval overall thyroid function.

Many here have low-T and some thyroid issues.
Thyroid issues easily from not using iodized salt.

Please read the stickies found here: About the T Replacement Category - #2 by KSman

Evaluate your overall thyroid function by checking oral body temperatures as per the thyroid basics sticky. Thyroid hormone fT3 is what gets the job done and it regulates mitochondrial activity, the source of ATP which is the universal currency of cellular energy. This is part of the body’s temperature control loop. This can get messed up if you are iodine deficient. In many countries, you need to be using iodized salt. Other countries add iodine to dairy or bread.
