I absolutely am not advocating nolvadex isntead of arimidex for estrogen management.
I said that experienced user know if they need a drug for estrgoen management. If one DOES need to control estrogen I recommend arimidex or a different AI.
Beginners should absolutely have an AI. And almost certainly use it.
If you use nolvadex on cycle what do you plan to use for PCT ?

BUT there is an update, im 5 weeks in and so far, SOOO GOOOOOD! i’ve definantly put on a great deal of size and will post some before and after pics up soon. taking in 300mgs per shot and twice a week equaling 600mgs a week. So far, no signs of gyno, mood is a lot better, confidence levels have sky rocketed, libido has increased too and i meaaan DAMN has it increased! strength is increasing week by week and all round this is the shizzle!
Havnt used an AI and havnt had the need to, but that is not to discredit them, but as everyones is different, im one of those who doenst need it, but then again anything could hapen in the next 5 remaining weeks.
now lets keep it civilised gentleman
