Shopping for Greens+

Don’t buy it at GNC, it’s way too expensive. I think it’s about 50 or 60 dollars canadian for a month supply WITH the gold card. Trust me, I unfortunately work there.

For the Greens? How have you taken them? I throw them in a Metabolic Drive shake every morning and can’t even really taste them. They do give the shake a green tint however.

D

It tastes like worm dirt. I dont know what worm dirt tastes like but I’m sure Greens+ is dead on.

I tried it in protein shakes and it just makes it taste like chocolate worm dirt.

It cant be as bad as this Soy Free Protein Booster I bought once. It tastes like a dirty rotten potato. Maybe with some worms too. Its taken me several months to try and get through the stuff (since I refuse to throw out money well spent). Even with Metabolic Drive, it takes like a soiled diaper.

i can take the taste of grass (i always get a wheat grass shot at jamba juice) but it’s the clumps that bother me (shudder). i can force anything down as long as there are no CLUMPS. gagging it down is as bad as taking a shot of skol vodka. double shudder (did that once, never doing it again)
-and don’t question my sanity because of my one experience with horrible liquor- i was a freshman in college, i was naive and totally stupid

I feel better when I take it.

Which is better, powder or caps?[/quote]

I like the capsules. I never have to taste it, that way.

If you have a Vitamin Shoppe near you, you can get it for $23.99. The most inexpensive I’ve been able to find it online, without having to pay for shipping or wait for delivery.

When I went to Vitamin Shoppe, they were selling it for $40

I got the capsules though the Vitamin Shoppe (via Aamazon). It took a long time for them to deliver it.

I hate the taste of Greens+ in shakes. If it weren’t fo the caps, I wouldn’t take the product. I hope Biotest’d product will be in capsules too.

Tell them their website quotes a different price. When I went there, the tag was something else also. I was told by the sales person that if it’s on the website, they honor the same price in the store.

So she looked it up, and sure enough, it was $23.97. That was here in Chicago, I have no clue if different stores have different policies. Maybe call them ahead and double check.

I did the same thing. If you google greens +, then click on the first link at the top it will take you to vitamin shoppe for 23.97. If you were to go to vitaminshoppe.com then search greens+ on there, then it’s 40.

Swivel helped me out on this one, as he stated “their being sneaky fuckers”

I’m confused, just did a search at there site. First saw it for $27.97, then searched again and found it for $23.97. The 9.4 oz powder, not the caps. Strange stuff.

Just bought the caps at vitamine shop for $40. I tried the powder one other time and it wasn’t terrible, but i figured it would be easier with the caps. Even though they seem to be a bit pricier.

Maybe the 23.97 price is the Vitamin Shoppe store run by amazon, as i know amazon has had greens + for 23.97 all year long. I don’t know why else they would have two prices like that.

FWIW I got a $25 off coupon for a ‘over $100 purchase’ plus free shipping, via direct mail. I bought 4 to get the discount and each bottle came out to $23 even after tax. A little less than a dollar less than amazon where I usually buy my greens+. Amazon has a Vitamin Shoppe store where if you spend $75 you get free shipping.

Yeah, if you were to search on yahoo or google, it’d be the $24 dollar stuff (to atract people to the website.) Once you’re on the website, if you were to search on there- it’d be 28.

Swivel said they were sneaky fuckers.

I’m currently using a product by Nature’s Plus called Source of Life: Green lightning…38 bucks for 38 servings. This brand also had a red, yellow, and blue lightning products which I may cycle through as I use what I have.
