Share Your Meal Prep Strategies

I’ve been doing what a lot of the folks already mentioned. I throw 4-5 chicken breasts or recently a bag of shrimp + veggies in a crock pot every Saturday or Sunday then divvy it up into pyrex containers.

Recently, I’ve started making enough fish for breakfast Mon-Fri. I also make enough rice for all of the above meals too.

I cook dinner after work each night.

Tis is what I was doing for a while but, started to get bored of the taste. Recently , I started grilling on Sat. or Sun.

-Chicken, steak and a variety of veggies, mostly peppers tomatoes and onions. The change in flavor has been amazing. However, now I am wondering if too much grilled food may be bad.
