Sexy Cars

Back to cars that are within reason. I’ve liked this one since it first came out:

Jaguar XKR

Eleanor… Yeah. Just Eleanor.

Caterham

The dual clutch tranny…[/quote]

There are triples too. I think there have even been a couple cars with clutch packs.

Bought this 1968 Chevelle SS-396 before I left for Vietnam and have it to this day.

The above picture (above this one) was taken at a Car Show this past summer. The following pictures were taken while I was in Iraq (2004). Wife had just washed it after taking her out for a spin (probably hot-rodded it).

My 76 Trans Am, with probably the shiniest paint job you will ever see. After a good waxin’ it’s like a mirror.

My 1986 Olds 442 with a monster 7.5l 455 under the hood. And a custom white leather interior.

My 86 Monte Carlo Ls. This is kinda my beater/project car.

Damn Genocide you need to change your SN to Hoodscoop! Very cool

What’s under the hood?

Is it blown, or is the cowl induction hood just for cold air?

Love that car.

Back in HS, there was a friend of mine whose father had a white/blue 68 500 KR. Car had about 18k miles on it. On his 16th birthday, his father let him take the car for a spin. First corner he comes to, he stands on the brake and unleashes about 400 hp, spinning the tires and letting the ass end sway back and forth. Kid stops at the gas-n-sip to strut and notices a shit ton of rubber on the back quarter panels. Kid panics and runs to the hardware store to buy a can of mineral spirits or some other “unfriendly to paint” chemical. Ended up screwing the paint job on a nearly perfect car. Never heard what happened to him, but I did not see him for about a week and I never saw him drive that car again.

Wow! That thing was worth some bucks. That moron never heard of soap and water? That’s all he needed.
Yeah, you wouldn’t have heard from my son again.

It has a crate chevy 350. I got it dyno tested and it’s at about 330hp, not much, but the entire cars from the doors forward is fiberglass, so it moves very quick.

Just cold air. I want to get it supercharged though, since I know that monster 455 would be able to handle it.

Not really a performance monster but for some reason I really like the new Ferrari California.
