Do not both employee and employer benefit from their relationship?

A fighter(at least a professional, which I think is what you were talking about in your response) who doesn’t agree to be legally assaulted and battered(or who weighs in at 180 pounds when he is supposed to be 140) has just as much to lose as an employee who doesn’t agree to an “unreasonable” search of his urine.

Neither will actually lose anything(unless it’s written in his contract that he will do such and such or pay such and such in return). A job can’t be viewed as having some intrinsic value. A job is merely performing a task in return for something(usually money).
