Man o’man. I didn’t watch the “debates” because I’m not a rubbernecker. But I just caught a bit of video of Biden from the debates, and compared to the video of Biden mumbling about running against “George” (which I did watch closely to catch his wife correcting him with “Trump”, jeez…), the look of his eyes is 100% totally different. Absolutely certain now that Biden was juiced up aka drugged up for the protracted nationally viewed events. 100%, wish I could bet money on it certain.

I have almost no doubt he was.
Again, I have to be clear that he was probably using legal prescriptions so he was not doing anything wrong.
But that would ALSO mean he’s been medically certified to have cognitive issues and wouldn’t be functional off his meds.
Hence why the campaign events have been so few. One cannot be on these things all the time.
I would think they’re all legal as well.
add: by “all the time” I mean full, max dosage
