What would be a good dosing protocol for MOHN? The bottle says to only take up to 4, 3mg tablets a day. I have read upwards of 16-24 mg’s a day is more effective. Can anyone provide insight as to when/how to portion the doses out. I am curious also if it should be split up through out the day, also taken before bedtime. Considering how MOHN has a four hour half life.
