Has anyone worn these in the past on cardio days to help cut weight before a competition or fight?

Cardio days - no. Weight cutting - yes. You’ll just lose water weight, but if that’s what you’re going for it’s fine. If you’re trying to burn fat dehydrating yourself is actually counterproductive.
