yes, 5lb in 5 days is massive. No wonder you feel beat up. Whatā€™s your weight target?

I didnā€™t eat enough over the weekend. Iā€™m already back up a pound this morning.
Donā€™t really have a goal weight. Iā€™m prob getting to a point now where Iā€™m gonna think about putting more food back in and slowly working back to Maintinance cals. Will make a decision when I start back to full load training next week.
