Ron Paul for President

These just don’t sound like the ravings of a mad man. This is one of the better discussions of economics he has been engaged in by the press.

Ron Paul files in Concord, NH Part 3 - YouTube
YES. He was totally on point in that video.

This is the Ron Paul that I and others have known him for years.

Imagine this Ron Paul debating Hillary Clinton.

If you’re implying that Ron Paul would compare well with Teddy Roosevelt (who was the President in 1907), then he’s got my vote.

Here are some of Ron Paul’s outdated ideas:

He explains his entire political philosophy and where it comes from in uncomplicted fashion.

Ron Paul is a fucking hero. He is the first politician who has ever caused me to give a shit. I haven’t even bothered to participate in any of the other giant douche vs. turd sandwich elections that have occurred since I reached voting age.

IMO anybody who doesn’t support Ron Paul is basically a dumbshit who probably thinks Hillary Clinton is hot, or a worthless leach who just wants free everything from the gov

I actually listened to portions of that.

Ron Paul:

“The founding fathers were just beginning to understand personal liberty.”

LOL…he’s just a funny old guy…
He was probably only stating that you cannot understand liberty fully, unless you understand the relationship between economic structure and government.

Economics 1776 meant Adam Smith and not much more.

So, he is kind of right there too.

Check this out, my boss, Adam Curry, landed a half hour with Ron Paul. He gets his ideas out pretty clear as this is much more conversational than other interviews.

I was on the fence, but moved much closer to Dr. Ron after hearing this.

I can say this, the way things are headed, I will no longer go for the lesser of two evils in elections. If principle is all we have left as a choice, then I stand on principle, good odds or not.

Go Ron Paul.

The wife made a good point last night. She said that Goldwater lost to Johnson. This was obviously a mistake and the American people figured that out. The end result of this was the election of Ronald Reagan.

According to her, Ron Paul is going to lose, but just like with Goldwater, he woke a lot of people up and we’ll be ready for the next Ron Paul in 10 years after he loses.

You married a very intelligent woman. Ron Paul will absolutely lose! In fact, he’ll be lucky to clear 7% in NH.

Mick, I’m sure you have better things to do than make a silly jab. How about you address the meat of the statement. Do you find it improbable that Paul has awaken a sect of Americans that may well usher in a new Ronald Reagan in 10-20 years?

mike

Have you considered that if he runs in 2012, Not only will he already be known, he will have a lot better chance after another failure of a government on par with Bush.

As far as 08 goes though, he has’t got a prayer. It’s too bad really. He is the best canidate.
