What dumbass wanted to cast John Travolta as James Bond in Casino Royale???
WWWWWTTTTTTFFFFFFF???
That one has to be total BS, especially as he’s the same age as Brosnan. Just imagine him trying a Brit accent :0
A few of those are wrong: #18 - David Boreanaz was up to play Batman (and Superman) but that was before Nolan signed on as director. The script had yet to develop into Batman Begins…

From the appearance standpoint, I think Boreanaz would of resembled Batman pretty well. As far as acting, not sure. I was a big fan of the show Bones for awhile but I stopped following it. Doesnt seem like a bad actor imo. With the brilliant minds behind the Batman trilogy, I could certainly see him fitting the role well.

Michael Madsen insteaed of john travolta in pulp fiction would have made for a better movie.
The thing there is Madsen’s character in Reservoir Dogs is the brother of Travolta’s character in Pulp Fiction. If you pussy close attention, all of Tarantino’s movies are intertwined. There was once plans to do a Vega brothers movie and I think that’s why they hired someone other than Madsen for Vincent Vega (Travolta).
Freud really did have something. Just messing with you, man.
Hahaha. The funny thing is I’m on my phone, so I’ve written that enough that the phone chooses that over “play” automatically.

I heard Molly Ringwald turned down “Pretty Woman” (her mom said it wasn’t right for her).
I heard Tom Selleck turned down playing Indiana Jones in “Raiders of the Lost Ark”.
I heard Eric Stoltz turned down the role of Marty McFly in “Back to the Future”.

I remember in an interview a long time ago (I forgot with who) that George Lucas wanted Tom Selleck for Indiana Jones, but the producers of Magnum PI wouldn’t let Selleck do it.
Completely forgot about this, but my mom met Tom Selleck at an airport like 10 years ago. Said he’s a big dude (insert joke here). Also said he was a cool guy and shot the breeze with everyone that approached him.

Favorite Selleck movie, surprised they did not do any more of these.

I actually saw that in the theater and don’t know if I’ve seen it since. My mom has it on dvd, might have to borrow it.

Haha, 8 or 9. Even remember the theater. You know where the gym “FIT” is on W Gray and Waugh? That and the Marshalls below it used to be a 2 story theater called Cineplex Odeon. Little H-Town history for ya.
