Hello everyone, I’m trying to learn as much as I can about cycles, the drugs and each of their affects before I do my first cycle. My workout partner and another guy who sometimes lifts with us have started taking Test E, but I’m trying to resist until I’m a little older and wiser.
My question isn’t about steroids themselves though, it’s about the workouts. With the extreme recovery rates I would imagine that the workouts (or their frequencies) would need to change in order to benefit fully from their cycles. So what exactly did you all change when you started? Whether your goal was to gain a ton of mass or lose fat, I’d like to hear what you changed about your workouts. Any input would be appreciated, thanks.
