Hey guys. I’m 17 I weigh 90kg and am 5’11,
I want to lose weight because I’m sick of how I look. was just wondering if you guys could suggest a weight training work out to supplement my HIIT?
I want to lose weight but gain/not lose any lean mass (I currently do 100m walking at 3mph then 300m sprinting at 10mph for a total of 7 sprints) I workout 3x a week
First off, 10 mph is NOT sprinting. Might wanna re-think the “High-Intensity” part.
Secondly, starting strength is fine for a beginner. That’s why it’s called that. Stick with that for 6 months or so, then consider moving on to something else. And more importantly (regarding fat loss), eat smart.
