Rehab for a Lateral Disc Bulge

This log is to chart my journey of rehab for my back. Over the last month it has deteriorated on me and left me house bound for three days over the last two weeks. I am lucky enough that I found a very good sports med doctor to work with and have finally pinpointed the problem with my back that has been plaguing me for over tow years. My goals are to return to my previous levels of activity and beat my pr in the bench this year which was 275 at 165 before this fiasco began.

Front plank on knees x5
side plank x3
Mcgill curl up x4
BW squat lunge and split squat x1
Lying rotary control on foam roller x2
Bridges x5

2 mile walk
McKenzie postural stretch and press ups
stretching and mobility before bed

Pretty boring stuff everything is pretty remedial. Today I have much less radiating symptoms and only some crapping of my erectors for an hour. I am also taking Mobic as a anti inflammatory, no heavy pain meds as I can control the spasm and pain through the McKenzie exercises my pt gave me.
