Isn’t that the ā€˜code’ for 100 lives in Contra

up,up,down,down,left,right,left,right,b,a,b,a,start
the fact you noticed that baffles me.
come on man, NES was about the only good console in the mid/late eighties. Contra was an awesome game but near impossible to beat with the given three lives. I used to know the code for Mike Tyson’s Punch Out :)
Until you posted about Contra I thought it was the code to go straight to Tyson in Punch out but now I’m pretty sure you’re right about Contra.

I believe it is mjolnir Thors hammer, I am not sure of the significance of having it tattooed on your nose though. As far as I know those worshiping the Norse gods would normally tattoo their arms not faces, and mjolnir was more commonly used a pendant that provided strength in battle.

My brother had the heaviest, biggest, oldest wood racquetball racket I have ever seen that he would use to smite opponents in racquetball and he called it Mjolnir. It helped that he is a massive big ole blonde fella. But I don’t think he would have tattooed his face.

yeah, it’s the contra 30 life code, aka the konami code.

This was obviously photoshopped for the magazine cover but I thought I would post it. Don’t get me wrong, I love tattoo’s on women but this is horrible. Some things should just be left alone lol.

Dude, think you could find a smaller pic?

winner!

Bump for the hell of it, this shit made me laugh.

LULZ

Read through the whole thing and made my morning.

Oh and @ Coolnatedog, I’m pretty sure your tat means ā€œa moo-mooā€ aka cow.

http://www.cantonese.sheik.co.uk/dictionary/characters/159/

EDIT: Just remembered that someone suggested changing it to another character. The first one that I could think of was the chinese character for ā€œlifeā€

http://www.taiwanese-secrets.com/chinese-symbol-for-life.html

Only problems would be that the artist would have to extend the vertical line thus making the tat larger, and the character design would be slightly off because the middle horizontal line is supposed to be shorter than the top horizontal line.
