Yeah man no offense taken at all to each his own. But, yeah I eat 16oz of Meat not counting carbs at each meal. Its pretty easy for me I have hard time not eating to much lol. Like it is not at all a odd thing for me to go to Buffalo Wild Wings and eat 40+ Wings and a basket of Fries in a 25 minute sitting.
I normally when sticking to the above I make this easier to eat. Like I’ll do a 3/4 cups of rice (precooked) and 16oz of 90/10 Beef and cook them and add a pack it of Brown Gravy. Makes it taste delicious, keeps it moist, and helps mot have to chew it as much. Same thing with my eggs I don’t cook them all the way so I don’t have to chew them.
I usually make Over Easy chop em up and just swallow them Lol. My oatmeal I usually put in a blender with some fruit and then drink it. The trick I have found is not chew lol. Have read a few studies saying the more you chew the faster your brain tells its self it is full. So I do my best to limit that. However as said I am much more concerned with strength than being pretty. Looking for a 660 Squat and am even flirting with the idea of trying to move up to 240 at my same BF% and maybe even gunning for 700.
To do that I’ll just add in a shake of Casien, Peanut Bitter, and Oats before bed and probably switch over to Deca rather EQ.
I think I will have to give that a try, I really like the simplicity of that approach and only needing to eat 3 meals instead of 5. I do the same thing with my eggs, but I usually have 4 over easy when I wake up and then 6 more around noon. I can get lean cuts of beef like round steak for a decent price, and its easy enough to marinade it the day before and grill two 16oz steaks at the beginning of the day and then add some gravy, it would actually save me a lot of food prep time.
Yeah… also I just thought about squatting 700 and my patellar tendon spontaneously ruptured. Good luck with your goal, but why not let it ride with the EQ? I have never used it but have only heard good things and will probably incorporate it in my next cycle, but I really wish it had a shorter ester.

just for the extra bloat help cushioning on the joints. But eq is a awesome drug as long as ran at a good dose but, it just doesn’t quite give the same joint comfort.

What is the weakest AI in general. I know letro is a no go I wanted to die on it. Arimidex I am guessing is really my only bet. Thinking maybe a low dose Nolva and Arimidex to try and get it off for 2-3 weeks up to the meet? This is one area I know very little on.
maybe aromasin? Never really heard of an over-responder to asin whereas you hear a few people say it about adex
i ran aromasin recently without anything else to take care of a minor bit of gyno, and really had no joint issues. i did get drowsy from it though, and would suggest taking it with supper (fats help absorption)…
i’ve helped some guys cut weight for MMA fights, and AI’s make cutting weight much easier, IMO.
haha i love the no chewing method. thats how i down all my meals too. i usually sip alittle bit of water with my meals to push everything down quick. didnt think i was the only one but yeah definately makes it more easy to eat all my 6 meals!
