not sure. i am 39 years old, and weigh about 220lbs, can overhead press over 300, squat and deadlift over 500lbs, do weighted chins, etc. so i am by no means a beast, but i am ok for an old guy. i have pics and videos on my profile, all those pics were taken in various stages of being “on” and “off”. i think buy not taking very high doses, and not stacking, my gains have been very slow and pretty much permanent over the last 20-25 years.
