KD,

Glad you could provide a link to a bar website ; )

Youth while drinking cause more crashes and because the government wastes money, getting the states to change the drinking age wasn’t hard. There are many reasons showing youth shouldn’t be allowed to drink. Pick another one and you can find a website to back that claim.

Does raising the drinking age to twenty one really stop anything? Nope, kids still drink and drive and still kill people because of their ignorance. Oh wait, people need a free pass when they partake in adult activities and then fuck up. That would be fair, if people could erase the things they are unhappy with. The best part, the government will pay for it.

Laws are specific for each country, for differing reasons. In America one reason for the drinking age of twenty one is because the brain isn’t fully developed until at least twenty one. This has been long understood.

Don’t countries other than the US allow this?

I mean, are the drinking realted issues in Canada that much worse? In a statistically significant way?
You failed to answer my questions, any of them.

I said the same thing to Brian ^ a source to back your claim will always better than an opinion.

Wait, are you really asking for a link proving an American can serve in the military and vote at 18?

Am I missing something? How is that opinion?

They are not really dying for their country. This is the lie politicians tell us so we can feel better about sending our brothers and sons to die.
Keep raging Lifty…

He is kind of right you know, to an extent. There are degrees of “fighting and dying for your country”, recent wars don’t have as wrong of a meaning in that regard anymore. Of course if I was a politician I would keep using that phrase though as if every soldier were Captain America fighting Nazi’s on our home soil.

Oh and Lifty, you should be honored he took the time out of his busy day to type those 3 words to you which could have been better spent typing another 3 words “I love you” in one of his love letters to B r i a n.

And here comes Lifty to disrespect the service of everyone that’s fought the last ten years. Good going.

Why is it that you hate the military?

CS
How is not wanting people to die in useless wars “disrespecting the troops”. You’re just a mindless zombie.

The politicians are disrespecting them by sending them to die - not me.

Yes, I’m a patriotic zombie brainwashed by “the man.” You probably think 9/11 was a conspiracy and believe in the Illuminati, too.

But you still didn’t answer my original question…

CS

You’re asking the wrong question.

I don’t hate the military. “Military” is just a collective word to describe a group of people I don’t even know.

I hate the the people who use the military to do their bidding.

I hate the fact that people are duped into believing “the military” is something more heroic than it actually is.

Do you think that my grandfather fighting in WWII was heroic?

No more than my own.

They are just men in costumes doing the bidding of politicians.

Maybe if their costumes looked more like these people would not be so easily duped.

Wow…

People who choose to risk their life and limb, and do so openly proclaim they do it so you have the right to say what you say, and this, this is what you think of them?

INteresting.

I wouldn’t compare WWII to any military action since then.

I agree with this.

That means he’s also kind of wrong.

Look, we all know you’re a douche bag you don’t have to keep proving over and over again.

It hasn’t hurt me yet. Now tell me how has that burning skepticism been working for you? You got all worked up about Ron Paul and for what? If you had listened to me you wouldn’t have had to bother.

Did Hitler’s military fight for the rights of the Germans or were they just doing the bidding of some politician?
