Rear Deltoid Work

hey,

was inspired to go a little crazy today after reading the “lateral thinking” article.

did a nice tri-set for the rear delts and it killed unlike ever before

  1. bent over rows with pause at the top (barbell)
  2. sitting bent over rows (db)
  3. standing bent over rows (db)

pretty good. i think as a giant, i’d like to add rope pulls to face with a pause at the end.

what do you think?

ps. i tried the giant set (in the article), and i must tell you, it was tough. didn’t make it all the way through in one go. it’s a real challenge! try it out!
