was inspired to go a little crazy today after reading the “lateral thinking” article.
did a nice tri-set for the rear delts and it killed unlike ever before
- bent over rows with pause at the top (barbell)
- sitting bent over rows (db)
- standing bent over rows (db)
pretty good. i think as a giant, i’d like to add rope pulls to face with a pause at the end.
what do you think?
ps. i tried the giant set (in the article), and i must tell you, it was tough. didn’t make it all the way through in one go. it’s a real challenge! try it out!
