I’d say that the last decent guy in the WH was Carter, despite him being way over his head. Ford was another one, wrong man in the right place at the right time. His political career revolved around his stint as a Warren Commission toady.
Is it still possible to be thought of as a good president? I believe that they are more puppets than anything else. Hillary was probably a better choice over Obama in 2008 but I think he got the nod as he would have gone along with anything his handlers wanted.

You cut off the first part of the quote that says the South West of the United States does not belong to Europeans. Considering this group talks about racial superiority, blood and soil themes and is openly calling for a separatist state cleansed of Europeans I’d say the Nazi/KKK analogy is fitting.
