Hey. I’m looking for a bulk. I’m aiming at 3,000 cals a day. Let me know what you think.

Meal 1: 2 eggs-12g protein, 2g carbs, 8g fat, 140 cals
1 cup Cheerios: 3g protein, 2g fat, 20g carbs, 100 cals
2 cup milk: 18g protein, 26g carbs, 180 cals
1 Scoop Protein shake: 22g protein, 2g carb, 2g fat, 120 cals

Meal 2: 2 burger patty: 58g protein, 56g fat, 740 cals
2 slice cheese: 8g protein, 9g fat, 4g carb, 120 cal
1 bun: 6g protein, 18g carbs, 2g fat, 120 cals

Meal 3: 2 cup reg oatmeal: 10g protein, 6g fat, 54g carbs, 300 cals

Meal 4: Chicken breast: 32g protein, 1.5g fat, 140 cals
.25 cup rice: 4g protein, 38g carbs, 170 cals
1 tbsp EVOO: 14g fat, 120 cals

Meal 5: protein shake: 44g protein, 4g carb, 4g fat, 240 cals
1 tbsp EVOO: 14g fat, 120 cals

PWO Shake : 1 Scoop Surge: 170 cals, 15.5g prot, 26.5g carbs

Extras:
8 fish oil caps: 80 cals, 8g fat
2 oranges: 140 cals, 42g carbs, 2g prot

Total:
Cals: 3,000
Protein: 234.5
Carbs: 236.5
Fat: 126.5

Important note: Bun used is whole wheat; in regards to the Cheerios, I know that people don’t like cereal, but it is a good source of clean carbs for me- it really doesn’t have anything bad in it for you.

What are your goals…? I mean this is a decent balanced diet macro nutrient wise but it really means nothing for a “ranking” without knowing what your trying to accomplish.

How much do you weigh? 3000 kcals isn’t going to do much of a bulk unless your about 130 pounds. Probably need to add more food.

I weigh 150lbs, at 11% bf. Just cut down from about 165lbs, at a much higher bf. I want to bulk, but I don’t want to be at 15-17% anymore. I figured my macro breakdown was pretty good. What are some things I could add that wouldn’t be too hard? I am living in a dorm in college, so I am cooking mostly on my george forman. I plan on rotating steamed veggies also.
