I was reading about Rachel not too long ago, and about why she retired from Bodybuilding so early (and she mentioned it in “Ironman”).
She didn’t want to play the “size” game and do “whatever neccessary” to gain size and remain competitive.
I personally think that is at least ONE reason she has maintained her health and looks so good.
