Was wanting to know on the bbs, I’m on the 8th week and hit that wall on my bench could do 3 sets of 5 then started running out of gas and could only get 3 should I back my T.M. back down or stay with the current T.M.and just get a total of 50 reps no matter how many sets it takes.
