wondering if anyone knows a way that I could change the quality of a video? I downloaded a helpful exercise video from the net, but its in 34k or something. I have noticed that they look a lot better at 120k or even 300k. So if I can change it from 34 to something higher anyhelp would be appreciated.
if it was made in 34k you can’t do anything, you can’t change it as the user. most sites give you the option of what to download, just download the bigger version, it will take a lot more time though…
you can’t add quality. video compression is “lossy.” That is, you lose some of the original information in the video to compress it. The only way to have a higher quality version is to derive it from the original.
