I’ve been reading the massive eating articles and I am gonna try it. But what about massive eating principles for a girl who wants to lose weight? Are the percentages all different?
Look up Nate Dogg’s “Don’t Diet” Post from a few weeks ago(use the search on the left). The jist of it is calculate your caloric need with JMB’s first massive eating article, and subtract 25% I believe.
Same %. Just have her take 35% off the total calculated calorie needs (for workout days) and eat that every day.
