Are the shoes/ sled panels replaceable? Plus they don’t seem to have the loops to attach the blast straps etc. I was seriously considering getting one (even from EFS before I saw this), but using one in London would be next to impossible.

I still have the problem of living in central London and not too many places I could actually use it without disturbing the peace.

Seriously though, I wasn’t looking for loops to attach anything, but then I plan on buying a dragging sled as well.
The feet do look replaceable. TBH I was so excited that I forgot to check, lol.

EDIT: I bought a tendo unit the other day. Man that is some bit of kit - instant feedback and motivation to power through your lifts. That and the prowler should make my work with bobsledders much more effective.[/quote]
To be honest, I was gonna get pictures of the EFS one and get a metal worker (with workshop) near my house to make me one. I would love to use it for conditioning purposes as well as the Eccentric-less work that CT has the guys in the training lab doing.
But I have to be realistic about the fact that I don’t really the space needed to use it for its intended purposes without disturbing the peace or causing criminal damage (to pavements).

I would like to come up and see you again to see some of this new stuff you’re doing. BBB, always at the forefront of the industry. Maybe once you have everything set up and the weather is better then this.

That ‘Prowler’ is quite small in comparison to the efts version. Low too - so even when gripping the handles at their highest you’re still damn near horizontal.

Well was mor interested in correcting your mistake about the loop… But anyway stick it in the boot of your car and go to a park - I guess central London you may not have a car though…

That’s what I was thinking when I first saw it. It looks very small in comparison, and the T handles just look small and totally in the wrong place. It probably doesn’t make a major difference though.

got mine today. construction is good -all the welds are sound, frame is hollow square-section aluminium, uprights (which are shorter than the real prowler) and t-bar at the front detach so it easily fits in a car etc. pleased with the purchase, cant wait to use it tomorrow.
the guy also gave the option of 1" or 2" uprights for either standard or olympic plates
They just went up to £249. Just saw the re-listing.
