Add some vegetables with olive oil based dressing to a few meals
Examples: broccoli with lemon flavored olive oil, salad greens with olive oil and vinegar (balsamic, red wine, apple cider, your choice). Fish oil would be helpful for fat intake as well. Add some lean meat and/or a small shake and/or quality cheese and vegetables to those morning eggs to get the day started right. Are you taking a Surge-like product PWO?
Protein, fat and carb levels should be based on goals, current body comp and training schedule really. So examine your personal situation. And as mentioned before, Berardi’s 7 habits are a solid foundation to any plan.

No, im waiting to see if my diet is right first, and if it is then I will buy Surge. If im not getting enough protein then I will look into a regular protein mix.

Great info I think. What ratio are you adding the olive oil the the vinegar bases?
2:1 ratio, flavored olive oil to vinegar. Garlic is my fave with balsamic vinegar and red pepper flakes.
To the OP, if you decide to go with regular protein PWO instead of Surge, you may want to look into Thib’s Glutamine/Glycine/BCAA protocol for recovery. Its all over his Q&A thread.
biochem protein powders. I get mine at whole foods and is all natural no artifical sweetners or anything. I mix it one to one with other proteins just to cut way back on the artifical stuff at times.
