Protein Per Month?

I’m just wondering how much protein powder you guys go through in a month? Or, how long does a 2 lb tub of protein last you?

How about a tub of Surge?

I was just looking at an old order before I put together my next order, and realized that I went through it way way to fast.

When you or anyone else asks questions like this, do you envision a world where everyone looks exactly the same? Why would you even assume that the rate you go through protein would match anyone else’s or need to? If someone said that one tub of protein lasts one year, would you stop using your’s so much?

It’s different for each individual and their goals.

just get one of those 10 lb bags. who cares how fast you went through it. sometimes i eat all solid food and only use it post workout. sometimes numerous times a day cause i couldn’t get real food. Surge would depend one how much you weigh how often you lift and how many you drink each work out

Protein powder is good, i think perhaps it has its place more in weight loss regimes than it does in a bulking one. Meat is tastier, if you buy cheaper meats, the protein per dollar ratio will be about the same or less and you will get some fats as well.

You guys are right; it wasn’t that good of a question.

Professor X: I was hoping to get enough data to figure a weighted average based somewhat on the results people are getting and go from there. I realize now there is no way that I’d get enough data.

I surely didn’t think that everyone used the same amount. I guess I was just trying to justify using less than I was now.

why not take the amount of servings and divide that into the amount of time a day or week you use it? say you take one post work out you work out 4 days a week 4 serving a week 80 servings in a tub 20 weeks.cahnge that complicated equation around to your liking
