Yep, I never buy anything expensive. I just can not tell the difference. I think the cheap stuff is a bit sweeter in general, so that is likely why it is liked.
Box is where it is at for wine. It actually can last over a month too once open.

Same for me. So iām wondering if you take a guy like you or I that is on the lower end of the spectrum and boost him to high end if that would yield a noticeable result. Perhaps moreso than someone already mid to high range? I mean when I went from low T to TRT people thought I was using steroids⦠I wasnāt. The difference for me was huge compared to some of my older friends that jumped on it because they were aging level instead of true low T.
I think that is correct. Also why females respond to 5-10 mg of var. I think the delta in levels can explain a lot. Like when I did my first blast of 325 mg/wk it was underwhelming, but I was running TRT at 175 mg/wk before hand. Had I done 325 mg from a starting point of low T, it likely would have been much more profound.
My UGL was around $1.80/iu, so a couple hundred for the 8wk cycle I was planning. Expensive yes but in terms of ROI, itās the favorite compound Iāve used thus far. I test every new compound I take, and I know itās only as reliable as the test. I had more noticeable improvements from UGL HGH in a short time than anything else. My last blast I had TC pharma grade at 750 at my peak, barely noticed anything over my cruise level. Added Var in, not nearly as effective as last blast, and this was pharma var. HGH this time has been great at cutting without cardio. I think it was @studhammer whose post about an HGH cut inspired me to try it. Dollar for dollar so far this is my favorite addition. I wonāt use it long term though just in blasts.
Glad I could help
Feb 18, 2021. OK, so itās been 16 weeks tomorrow and Iām going to call this cycle done and say that I am seriously underwhelmed. The whole cycle history is here for everyone to read and learn from. I trained my ass off, ate like a champion and canāt say Iām at all pleased with the results. Iām going to take some time to contemplate my next move and whatever that is, will be logged in here. I know what youāre all thinking, āFor the love of God, man, itās time to cut!ā But who knows what Iāll do next. Maybe a TRT dose + HGH cut? ![]()
Weight: from 205 to 218
BF % (guess): from 18-20%
Chest: from 46 to 47
Arms: from 15.5 to 16.125
Waist: from 35 to 36.25
Squat: from 435 to 440
Incline bench: from 250x5 to 275x5
RDL: from 500x10 to 585x4
Seated press: from 195x5 to 205x5
Very underwhelming after pics:
Remind me⦠where you on TRT before starting and at what dose?
Lift numbers look great man! Pics show improvement for sure. I think itās all in the flex lol, itās amazing what some bodybuilding posing can do lol, your back is thick Iām sure if you hit the last and rolled the shoulders back that would be one hell of a rear pic. I recommend hgh to help with the cut Iāve been very happy with it. Actually Iām underwhelmed with my cycle too but very happy with the taper off to the cut with hgh and try cruise.
I was on TRT for about 1 year prior to this cycle, with a couple of short blasts thrown in there, to try out different amounts and ratios of Test:NPP.
Just prior to this cycle, I was cruising on 150mgs Test a week for a couple months.
Yeah Iām in the same boat as you. I donāt like to push higher amounts of AAS but I think if I wanted to move the needle thatās what I would need. Iām already running around with high-ish test all year from TRT.
Although, you DID gain 13lbs and your arms certainly improved. Body comp looks the same in both pics so some of that is certainly muscle. Last ntoe, I donāt think youāre measuring your waist correctly. Waist measurements are not around where your pants sit on your hips. You take it on the thickest part right beneath the belly button. That gives you a better shot of where you are holding fat and is the true waist measurement.
Absolutely correct. The army BF method is based on this measurement.
The Navy method measures right at the navel (not below it) for men. For women it is different (at narrowest, and also an additional measurement of the hip).
I figure for consistency it is easiest to go right at the navel with a parallel to the floor tape all the way around.
Correct, but a minor difference. My point was that itās not measured at the hip and not at the waist but at the belly, like shaw said. If you always take the same spot (in terms of hight at the belly) and itās a spot where fat makes a good difference, but muscle not as much, itās fine.
I do it that way and agree.
For me, itās not a matter of not wanting to push the doses. Iām kinda wreckless. The limiting factor for me is how much my clinic will send me. I play with dosing within the confines of the max amount they will give me during a time period. If I could run Test at 1000/wk, I would. Because I am no where near my physique or strength goals.
Would love to get to a lean 210-220 with a 350 bench, 500 squat, 700 dead. I know Iāll never get there unless I do at least one huge blast, though.
The waist measurements Iāve given are at the level of the navel. I always measure there, for consistency.
On another note, after talking with my clinic today, Iām going to do a cut on Test and Primo. They are sending the Primo out to me now. Any suggestions on dosing?
Dang dude whoās your clinic!? I want pharma primo
The internet could solve this problem for you.
Strength is weird. Iāve been hitting prs more like 3 months into the cruise. Would think I should be weaker?
If I were to guess, itās because I used the blast to do high volume, and now that Iām lifting heavier that muscle is being used.
Yeah me too lol
Just get it from a source with verified independent labs. Several of them out there.
Have you figured out what your neurotype is from CTās stuff?
If youāre a type 1A like me, any volume above and beyond one top-end set just fries you and does nothing for strength, no matter how much gear youāre on or how much youāre eating and sleeping.
As soon as excess volume goes away, numbers start going up again.
