OK I guess but the analogy you made feels a little funny to me because he endorsed her. It’s not so much as an alliance in the same sense because he’s out of the picture.
at any rate bernie Sanders is the exception that proves the rule
In other news, the Green Party Town Hall is tonight on CNN. In case anyone wanted to consider Jill Stein speaking to everyone like she thinks they’re slow for the next four years…
Yeah, she is and it is a shame. I was hoping the Green Party would take stock of the circumstances and try to field a more moderate candidate a la the Libertarian Party. With major party candidates this unpopular, they need to get on the debate stage.
Both Johnson and Stein would attack Clinton’s corruption at every turn and would help demonstrate just how stupid an unqualified Donald Trump is.
Blah, blah, blah…it’s a dog and pony show at this point. If the democrats can get the deadbeats to put down their free stuff long enough to leave their government housing to go vote, Trump doesn’t have a chance. Especially with so many folks wasting their vote on Gary Johnson. Yes, I said it, you are wasting your vote. (See H. Ross Perot) Gary Johnson has absolutely zero (0), zip, zilch, chance to win the Presidency. If you are a republican or a conservative minded independent and you vote for Johnson, you are casting a defacto vote for Hillary Clinton. Your doing the same thing if you don’t vote at all. You can argue with me if you want to, but you know that’s what you are doing. I would have more respect for you if you just man up and admit it and openly cast your support and your vote for Clinton instead of hiding behind Gary f-ing Johnson. Perot let the Clinton’s in the White House the first time and Gary Johnson is going to do it this time. I think he knows it too. If you are one of the rare people who actually believe that Johnson can win, or that some sort of political revolution will erupt if he gets enough votes, please step away from the giant pile of meth and go get yourself some help.
No, GOP primary voters that choose Donald “I’m a fucking clown” Trump as their nominee are the ones that are letting another Clinton into the White House.
This mentality is why we get the garbage nominees that we get. Thankfully, that is changing as boomers are declining.
That’s like saying rooting for the Cleveland Browns makes you a defacto Steelers fan because Cleveland has zero (o), zip, zilch chance of winning the AFC North.
I already said that. The republicans deserve to lose, and I want them to lose.
But you are an idiot if you think the Republicans are going to lose for any other reason than the fact that they nominated a semi-retarded, lying, ignorant, statist. Republicans are going to lose because they nominated a big steaming pile of incompetence, not because Johnson is going to steel 5% or the vote. I’m an ideolog, NOT a partisan. My vote goes to who I think best furthers my ideology, both candidates get approximately a 0 from me. I genuinely don’t believe Trump is any better than Hilary. And for the Record, I’ve always referred to Hilary as an incarnation of the devil.
Further, if we are casting blame, it is exactly people like you using your logic and voting for the lesser pile of garbage that has caused the system to arrive at Trump vs Hilary. You are the reason the process is broken and our next president is going to be a human piece of garbage no matter who wins. Thanks for that. The fact that this is what the system and the “suck it up and vote for your party” logic has led to is absolute proof intelligent people should quit doing it.
BS. Everyone hates Hilary too. She wins and makes it an even more winnable election for republicans next election. The long term path to victory is being lost by Trump and the people supporting him by driving away conservatives and minorities.
Of course not for the party of Trump. Demographics are going to continue shifting regardless of immigration policy. No party is going to remain viable that doesn’t contest for immigrant votes. Period. Trump and his ilk are going to drive them away (more than they already have), thus killing the party long term. Republicans have to appeal to minorities in the future or die.
