Pre-Workout Supplements

I know Joe DeFranco’s protein bars have received good feedback, as they’re designed for pre-workout consumption.

I work out in the evening after work, so I have a meal (meat, veggies) about 2 hrs before workout, bcaa/glutamine mix during workout, 1 litre of chocolate milk immediately pwo, then a full meal about 1-1.5 hrs pwo.
