But this was from kayaking yesterday, jan 7th in jones beach, new york.
The guy on the left is 70 years old, has a physique I thought that would be unatainable for a man his age, and says he’s missed less than 5 days in a gym in the past 50 years. I beleive him. He’s awesome.
