The trend seems pretty clear. Low shbg truT calculates too low. Mid to High shbg it calculates too high. Somewhere in the low middle maybe it isn’t terribly off, maybe. We’ll see what it looks like once you summarize all the data you’re getting

I would argue when SHBG is high, LH is a better indicator of T status even over the FT value.

Are you referring to diagnosing secondary versus primary hypogonadism? LH on TRT should be non existent.
