Post Workout Flexing for CRAMPS

Ok all, I was just wondering if anyone else out their is as sadistic as I. Had a great Bi workout 2day, and now a few hours later I find myself flexing my Bi’s hard until they cramp. I do this over and over, I just love the feeling. I haven’t seen much info on this besides the flexing during workouts, so was wondering if anyone had any thoughts if this is counterproductive or actually a good thing. By the way I only do this each day to the body part I trained that day. Any input is much appreciated…

Yeah, i used to do that on chest day. On the ride home from the gym i would bounce them and flex until it hurt. i am sure it is probably counterproductive after a grueling workout. But hey, it feels cool!
