What is funny is that we think we are so sophisticated, but cultures that squat, as upposed to sitting on the bowl, don’t have hemroids or the colo-rectal or bowel problems of western cultures.

correlation=causation, buddy. do you know what that is? it’s like the logic that says when ice cream sales go up so do shark attacks. this is true, but the logic is correlation=causation, which is ill-logic.
the reason that cultures that squat dont have our bowel ailments is not because they squat and we dont, but because they eat adequate fiber and we dont.
