Possible IVC Compression or Narrowing Slow Blood Return to the Heart

When my HCT gets to the top half of the normal range (46-50%), I get massive flutters and actually hurts quite a bit, during these flutters my legs hurt and feel full and BP is elevated. The bottoms of my feet were swelling yesterday for which diuretics have no effect.

The higher the HCT, the higher the BP. I actually had to stop yesterday because of these symptoms. My veins get really tight and hurt, both sides of my neck swell, hurt when I miss an injection.

I don’t have pots, when I lay down it feels like someone has me in a headlock. I haven’t slept in my bed for more than 2 years.

Update: I woke up last night with painful cramping in my left foot/legs and my veins were ballooned and throbbing. I got up and moved around the house and that seem to cause the veins to return to normal, but after more sleep these symptoms returned.

I’m thinking my heart can’t pump this thicker blood due to the mita valve regurgitation, I see my doc this coming Friday.
