Help a newbie out.
After doing 9 reps of bench pressing and not feeling a good muscle stretch, I decided to do one more rep.
And guess what - I couldn’t push the barbell up and had to shift it to the side and stand up.
Unfortunately, I put it on the right side of my stomach for a few seconds.
Right now there is no pain inside me, but it does not feel comfortable either - something is just not right in the stomach area.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
Should I massage it, or do some special exercises?
There should be no internal bleeding, it got squished badly though.
