I’ve never danced in a big box gym but at the hardcore body building gym I use to go we’d dance all the time. We all would - fuck it.
Not so much at the Powerlifting gym I now go to but mostly because they always have power metal blasting. I wish they’d play something with a melody to it and then I’d be dancing again. Of course I wouldn’t dance sitting down or quite as seriously as dude in video. It be like half dancing, half relaxing my muscles.
