Interesting stuff I came across while looking for good commentaries on the Federalist papers. I’ll tell you I really don’t like Piers and this transcript really solidified my dislike of how he treated one of the great constitutional scholars of our time, as well as his conflating several different arguments together. An intellectual giant he is not.

All you have to do is look at who he replaced to know that they were not looking for intelligence when they filled that slot.

I knew that Piers Morgan is a pompous twit, but I remember a time where CNN was almost like the BBC.

Except, except, it’s Justice Scalia…and he is awesome. Besides if you only watch news you agree with, it’s not very telling of confirmation bias.
