Proof. I want you next to it with the paperwork and a sign saying “For the brotherhood”

If it is actually your ride, FUCK YOU!

That is actually one mean looking car. I’m glad they stayed true to the heritage and didn’t make it a minivan with a Challenger emblem.

Yup, it’s mine.

I actually don’t mind the weight, something about driving a big fast muscle car… Just fun, love the way it feels blasting past 120…(which i do prob too often, lol) or launching from a low gear. Just a different experience that say a lighter car with some bolt ons. Plus i just love the look, every angle of it just has some attitude.

btw, there was a cute chick driving a Mustang GT the other day that wanted to race. sufficed to say the challenger just smoked it. We went at it a few times, and actually had another GT and bullet join us. They had some pick up speed but just couldn’t keep up past 90mph.

But you all should have seen the 98 toyota camry i had prior to this, lol

hulk style green with envy!!!

I hate the majority of you.

2007 Nissan Maxima SL here. Sorry no pics.

:frowning:

I’m a truck guy, too big to fit in most cars…

While I was a senior in college I bought a new 2000 Dakota. Did everything I could to make it cool, but it sucked ass and I hated it for the 5 years I owned it.

then I traded it on a 2005 Ram. Hemi, 4x4, 20’s, really liked it, until it started to fall apart at 40,000 miles.

But, its good to see some other Tundra owners one here. Mine is a 2008, SR5 4x4, 5.7L. Got it last summer for a very nice price.

So far all I have done is change out the stereo and add a soft cover. I’m getting older, and I don’t really see a reason to do much, the truck has all I really want plus more.

edit—pics don’t want to load…

I actually have an 08 impreza 2.5i atm, im gonna trade it in for an 06 civic si in a few days. I’ll post pictures when i pick it up

Say what you want… but I don’t mind 50 MPG.

Not my actual picture, BTW.

I’ve got three babies to show off

The first one is my 2000 grand prix GTP daytona 500 editon

Second is my dream car. 91 camaro. Its only an RS but it will soon be a prostreet drag car

Last is my project truck which i will get pics of tonight. Its a 91 jimmy with a sbc 350. It will be hitting the road in the next few weeks. il throw up a burnout vid too.

My camaro

Nice scooby AshyLarry, and PTC, we don’t have that model in the states, but I wish we did, GTR’s are awesome.

Good for you!

I just like to be part of the solution, not part of the problem!

(Both things above said with eyes closed)

OK, so how do you post pics now?

Cappy

Let’s see if this works …

Not mine, his. I apologize for the quality of the pics … pre-digital, so I took pics of pics. shrug

The car that started it all. This was just before we met. He was about 19. I framed the second pic and gave it to him for his B-day. It’s still hanging on our office wall. This was 1981.

His next car was the catalyst for our first date. (Funny story in a gearhead kind of way!) This is how she looked when he towed her home:

A work in progress:

Finally painted her, and after 2 years of going to every car show in the state in primer, sold her a week later. I was devastated!

Little did I know, he had already moved on …

This baby ran, but she needed a lot of work:

How she looks today: (Taken on the track at Lime Rock)

Yes, I’ve driven her, but can’t anymore because the driver seat has been permanently set to his leg length. We get her out as much as possible on nice weekends and have taken her on a couple of very funny trips. (New England, late fall, no heat, no defroster, no windshield wipers at the time. Don’t ask …)

And finally, an original theater poster of Vanishing Point that I had framed in 1983 and still hangs on our living room wall. Yes, we own the movie and he likes to torture anyone who hasn’t seen it by making them watch it. What can I say …

We shoulda kept the 'Cuda. I really loved her. I tried to make up for it by buying a Camaro Rally Sport, but it just wasn’t the same … too tame.

The first two years most of our dates consisted of going to car shows and/or driving from junk lot to junk lot looking for some obscure replacement part. After training I spent almost every Friday night in an unheated garage, wrapped in a blanket with a good book, passing tools under the car. It was his first love. Then I introduced him to REAL horsepower. Life has never been the same for him since!

Have you checked into Hennessey Performance? They’re located in Houston and they can make it an SRT 600, 700, and 750 I believe. Check 'em out.

What cars are they S5 and 335i? Anyone know how these two really stack up? I’ve driven the 335i but not the S5 yet.

My 68 Chevelle SS 396 that I bought before I left for Vietnam and still have today.
