Man, if this is the best smear that someone can come up with against Obama, he might as well get sworn in tomorrow.
Agreed. Obama is pretty much a shoe-in because he kind of has nothing of substance to run against. His positions are nebulous at best, even though he is ranked as very liberal.
I hope he wins. He is exactly what we deserve.
I just got around to reading the article. I didn’t care to read about a worthless attempt to smear Obama. After reading it, my opinion changed.
I think the Obama camp released these pictures. They knew that the pictures weren’t a big deal, but by putting them out there and letting them get linked to the Clinton campaign, it makes her look like the bad guy, again, while Obama remains the innocent victim of these “political tactics”.
I was wondering the same thing. After all they are so incredibly harmless. The over reaction from the Obama camp makes me wonder too.

Lemme guess…you also think he paid the guys at Fox to say he’s Muslim and misspelling his name as “Osama”?

HH, do you realize that you’re acting as an agent of the Clinton campaign by posting this? Do you have something you want to tell us?
Its an awesome responsibility but I was born into it:
"God holds the Jews to a very high standard because they have a unique responsibility in human history. The world won’t get perfected without the Jews and if, God forbid, the Jews blow it, all of humanity, not just the Jewish people, will be doomed. Therefore, the Bible uses hyper-critical language to bring home some important principles:
According to your level of knowledge is your level of responsibility. Even the small mistakes of people in positions of power have huge consequences.
According to your level of responsibility is your level of accountability. The greater you are, the bigger the impact of your decisions, therefore you must be held to an extremely high standard of accountability.
The Jewish people had been given the ultimate responsibility for the world at Mount Sinai, and these principles explain the criticism that God levels against Jews and why it is so over-stated."

Did you watch your own video? The news anchors were discussing Obama’s upbringing because it was raised by Hillary Clinton’s campaign.
You are awful, Lixy - so desparate.
Who gives a flying duck about who raised the issue?
Tedro is saying Obama may be behind all these things.
A prohibition on interracial mixing and intermarriage. The intention was to maintain the purity of Islam.
According to Grand Dragon…errr…Minister Farrakhan, Barack is some sort of mischling, who shouldn’t even exist! And here’s Barack wearing Muslim clothes…blasphemy!!!

Note: there is no evidence linking this to Hillary, and her camp has denied it. Not that I really care where it came from.
This was a bit of bad journalism on fox’s part. They say the words Madrassa repeatedly to the point of sickness. They did no research for this piece, and in the weeks that followed, the intoned the word madrassa into their viewers head. It was literally all over there Murdoch’s dynasty, in newspapers, magazines, television, etc. This particular 4 minute piece consisted of no research and said nothing other than “Obama went to a madrassa, obama went to a madrassa.”
If you watch the video, you should recognize it as a smear. Eventually, CNN decided to do some actual, you know, journalism, due to the stir FOX caused.
Watch this video and compare it to the Fox video.
Here is fox’s half assed apology, which seems more like a deliberate effort to perpetuate the myth to me.
Can you imagine Fox conducting a first hand investigation in Indonesia like this?
Can you imagine CNN perpetuating a story from a small right wing magazine without mentioning that there were zero named sources?
Can you imagine any other news outlet running a 4 minute piece consisting of nothing other than “madrassa madrassa madrassa” ?
HA, and you have the nerve to tell me to watch MY facts!
Does this really seem like Fox is trying to correct the record?
This was reported after their smear effort was debunked by CNN. (See above and watch, please, before you read this post.) They did not mention that. All they mentioned was that a spokesperson from the Obama campain said that their story was ludicrous. And, we hope their not upset anymore. WTF?
“We’re just being fair, his camp says that the insight article is wrong, so we’re just putting that out there.”
Bullshit. They ran this because CNN embarrassed them. They had to do something. It is typical of politicians to deny harmful stories, regardless of whether they true. So this piece doesn’t make it seem like the story was wrong, it just makes it seem like the Obama camp did the expected thing.
Pathetic.
There was no apology, no we were wrong, no correction, nothing. Even if the story originated elsewhere, it’s just bad practice to push it along without fact checking whene there are no named sources. No respectable news outlet would have done this.
