Physiolojik is a Fraud

Okay smartass, most of last year, but I did have about a 3hour meltdown Sat. So most of the year still applies

IMO you handled this situation rather poorly. Since there were actual victims of a crime I think the proper course of action would have been to contact the forum administrators to discuss how to proceed.

Victims of a crime. They bought workout programs for $500 that they could have bought from JM for less than $200. If I sell you a bottle of water for $1000, and you buy and pay for it, am I guilty of a crime? The crime was stating that he wrote those programs when it was, in fact, John Meadows. Everyone still got a legit program though Physiolojik didn’t write it. For the crimes from the past, those have already been dealt with. Should I shut down my company now and spend the next 6 months ensuring all victims receive compensation? I’m helping where I can. The first step was to ensure everyone was warned about this guy.

I have done my due diligence. The forum administrators are free to contact me to discuss at any time.

Boy, oh, boy, first Monday of 2020. Let’s get the work week started right and set the tone for an awesome year… … …

So, just a little bit to unpack in here. First, yes, as ChickenLittle mentioned, I do put in my 40+ hours during the week, so I do my best to avoid the Internet on the weekends. I’ve said many times that I don’t need to be personally tagged to deal with any issues. Posts can always be flagged for extra attention and a Mod can review them. I’m a problem solver, but I’m not the only problem solver.

Second, while I definitely get where you were coming from with the ā€œshould he be bannedā€ voting thing, I genuinely don’t care about the results. No offense, but that’s just not how things work here. If it were, I can think of two or three people that could be ā€œput up for voteā€ without actually violating any forum policy and I can think of dozens and dozens of high-quality members that could be ā€œvoted for un-banningā€ should they ever break a major rule.

Third, I’ve removed posts that discuss what may or may not be Physio’s real name. If he’s a scammer who’s conned people out of money, that’s obviously a shitty and straight-up illegal thing to do and the appropriate recourses don’t require an Internet discussion forum. That’s not an excuse for any kind of doxxing though, so any reference to the name has been, and will be, removed.

Fourth, and probably last, it goes without saying that there are some giant question marks here. Why did Physio agree to do an attention-garnering interview if he’s a con man? Why did nobody in the last 13 years of his post history (including interactions with multiple members offsite) catch any red flags? Why did @dbossa and I receive some cryptic e-mail late on Friday from ā€œOlivia Bā€, who I’ve never heard of, with the subject ā€œUpcoming Physiologik interview with DBossaā€ that only contained some shady link I wasn’t about to open and no words or context? (Dan, you can e-mail me with your side of that issue).

While this is probably one of the forum’s most soap opera-esque nuclear bomb events since SAMA, we’re going to close the book on this thread (and preferably not have it hijack other threads) and deal with it as needed. I’ll be speaking with Biotest HQ later today to figure a course of action.
