What do you think of contacting the FBI cyber crimes unit?
I know thatās what it said on Mugshots.com, but thats likely self-reported. As far as I know, the cops donāt weigh you or measure you when you get jammedā¦ The stats on my driverās license are also self-reported.

This should be a last resort. Once authorities are called and take action, the chance of getting refunds become a lot lower. Lets see if he refunds the money he has said he was going to.
That shits not self reported. I found it on an Ohio gov website with a paragraph stating he was found Not guilty of rape, kidnapping,ā¦ but Guilty of Sexual something or another and has to register as a sex offender.
Unless he has ever purchased something that links his real identity to the BTC addresses he provided, he has no real reason to refund anyone as far as covering his ass goes.

I get what you are saying. BUT he has told Unreal (member here) that he was going to refund him. Unreal was 17 at the time of said scam and now turned 18. If he doesnt refund in the next week, for sure report him. But I think the kid should have a chance to get his money back before he becomes homeless.

If he really intends to do that, then he probably did spend from that address and his identity is linked to it. For anyone for which that is not the case, I wouldnt expect anything. But yea, give unreal a chance. Not sure why it would take a weekā¦ he made a previous post that he had transferred funds to Coinbase already. Unreal should already have his funds.
