Physical Agility

Hey Jim just wanted to say thanks for your programs and everything you do on here. I’ve played sports my whole life and I’ve witnessed the value of strength, mobility, and explosiveness on the field and life. I’m currently on your advanced 5/3/1 template with minimal conditioning for my current goals.

I took my LEO physical agility test today and sadly but surely there were some crossfitters in the group. “Joker of all trades, or master of one” is a big lesson I’ve learned from you and it applies to several aspects of life. That being said I dusted everyone in group, got one of the best times on the 500yd run and I DON’T EVEN RUN. I’m just about to eat breakfast and go lift right after, thought I’d say thanks again!

You are welcome! Congratulations on your success and appreciate the work you have put in. You are responsible for this success and it started even earlier than this program. It’s amazing how important competitive sports are for mind and body.
