Any changes to peri-workout routiine listed below with the new Surge Workout Fuel?

PROTOCOL 1 (1-3 times per week, when working on a weak area)
Workout - 60 = Alpha-GPC
W - 40 = 1 FINiBAR
W - 30 = 2 scoops Surge Workout Fuel
W - 15 = 2 scoops Surge Recovery
During workout (early half) = 1 FINiBAR
During workout (later half) = 1 scoop Surge Workout Fuel
W + 15 = Grow! Whey 2 scoops
W + 90 minutes = Grow! Whey 2 scoops
PROTOCOL 2 (other workouts)
Workout - 60 = Alpha-GPC
W - 40 = 1 FINiBAR
W - 30 = 2 scoops Surge Workout Fuel
During workout (early half) = 1 FINiBAR
During workout (later half) = 1 scoop Surge Workout Fuel
W + 15 = 1 scoop Surge Recovery, 1 scoop Grow! Whey
W + 90 = Grow! Whey 2 scoops

Eric - Thanks I did see that, but it was only to timing not to dosage… The new Surge Workout Fuel has Surge built in which raises the carb total. Thus I was curious as to knocking down the Surge Load prior to work out. Or eliminating the Surge, double dosing the Surge Workout Fuel and then follow with Surge as a pure after work out component. Timing all the same, sorry should have been more direct.

Ok, I told you I was dense!
Old Surge Workout Fuel label - 42g of Carb (2 scoops) 170 cals - No mention of Surge on Supplement Fact.
New Surge Workout Fuel Label - 64g of Carbs (2 scoops) 280 cals - Surge Hyperosmotic Glycogen Load on Supplement Fact Lable.
So, 22 g more carbs if no change to the protcol… Probably not a big deal, but stil could be adjusted, by less Surge <15 min.
My point is that the macros are not the same, and should there be any adjustment?
Once again, If I am just being a dumb ass, or picking fly shit out of pepper, PM me and delete the thread.

I think you have omitted a few words 'cause some sentences still don’t make sense.
However, as long as you’re training hard, you shouldn’t have a problem using the additional carbs in the new Surge Workout Fuel. There’s no reason to cut the dose, or timing, unless it’s due to a limited budget.
