OMGZZ ju guna luz the abzzz
Lately I’ve just been having a big ol’ bowl of all natural cereal with some vanilla almond milk (only 1.5 grams fat per half cup…so no worries there).
HUGE peanut butter and banana sanwich. Thats what I used to have anyway.

i like the way you think.
Either a pizza, lasagne, or a ton of burgers.
Moving to the slightly healthier range, several large peanut butter, banana, honey or PB&J sandwiches would really hit the spot
Unfortunately I don’t take teh juice so I’m not allowed to enjoy processed carbs for the rest of my life unless I wanna risk losing my ripped abz.
Last thanksgiving I had a bite of stuffing and was so angry at myself I just took the turkey carving knife and cut off a chunk of fat from my obliques and ate it. Still have the scar. Looks really badass.

Since the original post specified favorite, not necessarily smartest, I’d have to say a homewrecker with chicken from Moe’s. It’s the biggest, baddest, heaviest burrito I’ve ever had the pleasure of devouring (of course, being a suburban New Yorker, my experience is admittedly limited.)
Chicken, black beans, rice, guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo, and other goodness. Close to 900 calories, about 30g. fat, 50g. protein, and 90ish g. carbs.
that sounds like a pretty sweet meal
1 Frozen Meat Lovers Pizza with 1lb of ground beef browned in Franks Red Hot Sauce on top, covered with Extra Mozzarella Cheese. (My bro and I used to split one of these after leg day!)

I worked at a Moe’s last summer and I ate sooo many of those things. They ended up making a rule that 'Employees can only have 1 burrito per shift" after I had worked there for a few months haha.
Moe’s ftw.

I wouldn’t mind that but at this point, anything tastes good. I just plan to have something besides chicken and potato!!! FAQ lol but that is a good binge meal.

I prefer the one from Shawarma Town. (Bank & Lisgar)
EDIT: I am assuming you are from Ottawa here.
college dining halls are all you can eat, so PWO my usual woutld be 3 (6oz) grilled chicken breasts with 5-6 onion rings, a 2 egg white bacon, brocolli, spinach, peper and onion omlete with franks hot suace and some salsa. For desert a banana with 1/2 cup chunky PB. To drink I usually put down a cup (8 oz) of chocolate soymilk, and 2 0r more (12) oz glasses of 1/2 water 1/2 gatorade.
sandwich loaded with peanut butter. i’m on cutting stage. LOL!

It’s not a PWO meal, but I picked up some Ezekial Whole Wheat Bread at Trader Joe’s the other day. 2 slices is roughly the equivalent macro-wise of a 1/2 cup of raw oats (160 cals, 30g carbs, and 8g prot). The plus being that it supposedly doesn’t spike your insulin in any real nocibable manner, and the 8g of protein are actually complete protein instead of just a few ramdom aminos tossed around.
With a little Natural PB, aside from being just a little dry, it’s not too bad. I’ve been doing this with a couple of scoops of Metabolic Drive, and you come away with about 550 cals, and all the good carbs and prot you would want in a feeding.
