…the first step towards mental health is admitting you have a problem. In your case you’d start with looking up from the pond and acknowledge that even you, and i know that’s hard to accept for you, can be wrong! Okay? So, take a deep breath, and say: “I am not always right, and that’s fine by me”. Done? Now, how do you feel?

I cain’t do it, man. I’m trying so dadgum hard but I just cain’t do it. Have you ever tried it? If so, how cathartic was it? Can you show me the way, brother eph?
…oh, i’m wrong about many things on many occasions, so sure, i can show you the way. Don’t fret though, for most honesty and sincerety don’t come easy. Just stick to the program, and you’ll get there, just have faith you can, and you will!
…oh, i’m wrong about many things on many occasions…
Can I cut, paste and frame this for future use?
…ofcourse you can, and you even have my permission to slap me around the head with that quote when i’m right and you’ve run out of arguments [like you usually do] to justify your beliefs…
