CT,Presently i am training in a gym where there is no power rack and i did my first rack pull[no rack, so better to say it a partial dead] session yesterday… so, everytime i end a rep i cannot lower down and put the bar down , instead i start another rep from knee level … i loved the constant tension on my back throughout the set BUT today i am dead-sore in my whole of traps and lower back but the glutes are not sore at-all…i really focus on the hip hinge using the glutes…
so, do u think my glutes not being sore is due to in correct form or it has something to do with not being able to use the rack…or is it normal not to get them much sore after heavy rack pull and am getting sore at the right regions…
please help.
