Haha
I was wondering if you can eat it straight from the can or if it needs to be cooked. I’m always looking for new food items to have a little betting fun with.
I just got back from the supermarket for my typical re-up and I couldn’t find this stuff. WTF. I was looking foward to using this on my refeed day. I checked the egg section and the dairy section (which is right next to it). I’m going to file a complaint…
I’d rather make my own batter and know what is going it it. At first I thought they had invented pancakes in a can, kinda like those little hot dogs in the can.
I can’t find this stuff anywhere. It was appealing to me because I’ve been doing a high carb/low fat refeed every week (give or take) and didn’t want to go with pancake mix that needs eggs/milk. I guess I can buy the “just add water” kind, but damn… this woulda been cool.

oh for christ sake, you think any amount of soy in the can is something to worry about?
